I believe very much in price transparency, and please, if you are hiring, put the salary range in your job description. It's just the right thing to do. More info: I am willing to negotiate and barter, but I will not offer hourly prices, and I am not willing to log hours. When charging by "5 days a week," which 5 days is not negotiable.
